The Office of Human Resources invites you to the Spring 2024 Department Representative Meeting.

College of Medicine Auditorium, Room 1400

Parking: Spirit Way Garage 3, 1122 Spirit Way

The College of Medicine is currently undergoing construction at the front entrance. Please enter the auditorium from the side door. 

This is a multi-topic meeting with presenters speaking on timely topics, including J-1 Scholars and international hires, OPS insurance eligibility, impending FLSA changes, EDM updates, and more. HR will also recognize an outstanding Department Representative with the Essential Piece Award.

We strongly encourage live attendance so you can meet your fellow Department Representatives and submit questions to presenters. Materials, including a video of the meeting, will be posted to the website after the meeting. We look forward to seeing you there!
